Our tried and tested melt pipe systems are optimally suited to connect and transport the melt from the extruder to the pumps and melt filters. The pipe diameters are usually between 20 and 90 mm; however, other diameters are possible upon request. The heating of the pipes can be done electrically, or using oil or steam according to processing requirements. Any part of the pipes that come in contact with the product is finished in stainless steel providing excellent surface quality.
