All grades above are produced with carefully controlled raw materials of high quality. Thus permanent and excellent properties of films can be achieved and any negative characteristics of films will be avoided ( e. g. discolouration, odour contamination, etc.) Super-Slip-Grades Non migrating high concentrated slip agent based on high molecular weight silicone All grades above will only be added to the skin layers of coextruded films. They are particularly suitable for high speed packaging machines which require good hot slip properties “film versus metal” at elevated temperatures. These masterbatches improve also the release properties of the films. In order to achieve the desired effect additional antiblocking masterbatches must be used. Important Note:The skin layer of the film containing a.m. grades is not printable if at the same time this skin layer will be sealed as a consequence of non applied corona or flame treatment. The corona and flame treatment will be omitted due to its negative influence on the sealing characteristics.
