The standard production cells of CeraCon are especially developed for dispensing applications. An integrated robot system is moving the dispensing nozzle precisely at a great speed. A flexibly designed protective door ensures that the production cell can easily be integrated in already existing machines as only two sides have to be accessible for operation and maintenance. The working area of the manufacturer independent robot system is all around protected by a solid safety guard. Several equipment components can be combined to an individually configured production cell. Different combinations are possible: The basis version e.g. comprises a fixed work table and a safety light curtain. Another possible version is a cell with rotary table mounted on an integrated base plate that allows lower cycle times as simultaneously to the running process the operator can load and unload pieces. The safety enclosure, the robot system with its console and the rotary table are mounted on a base plate. This ensures a rapid laying and installation of the production machine at customer site whereas all robot programs are still remaining. Optional, customised work-piece carriers are mounted on the base frame of the rotary table. The work-piece carriers can be exchanged so that different products can be processed on the machine.
