SUCCESS STORYWHAT WE DO, WE DO FOR YOUR SUCCESSAnd that's exactly what we've been doing ever since the VARIOPLAST company was first founded in 1970 with 300 m² of space. Eight expansions later, we now sprawl over 10,000 m² - made necessary and possible by our ever-expanding portfolio of services. After all, any expansion only makes sense if each new square meter, each investment is coupled with major improvements. Whether these be related to optimizing production processes and thereby economic factors, adopting new technologies or protecting our environment. At VARIOPLAST, we believe that all these considerations should always go hand in hand. As evidenced by our being the only injection molding company in the entire world to adopt a process which is just as simple and logical as its realization is difficult: we cool our injection moldings with water brought up from shafts dug more than 130 meters deep into the earth and we heat our premises with the associated waste heat reserve. While it will take years for us to see any financial gains from such a monumental undertaking, our environment is already profiting: this technology is now reducing our yearly carbon dioxide emissions by 50 tons.
