Use, Functioning The WRD 850 is in use to separate rims and tires from wheels of private cars. WRD 850: up to 120 tires per hour WRD 450: up to 60 tires per hour The WRD 850 is in use to separate rims and tires from wheels of privat cars. Functioning: After opening of the safety lid, the tire is put on the tire-press-machine. Due to activating of the two hand-control-switches (accident-protection), the 3 individually synchronous controlled hydraulic cylinders pull out and compress the tire with the rim. After releasing the hand-control-switches the hydraulic cylinders open automatically.Through the practice tried deformation, reaches through the 3 hydraulic cylinders, the rim is now to separate from the tire easily. Functioning WRD 450: With closed cylinders the tire is put on. Due to activating of the direction control valve with both hands, the 3 hydraulic cylinders pull out synchronously and compress the tire with the rim.
