At von Bronk we can grind rollers up to a (technically feasible) diameter of 1.000mm and with lengths to 14,000mm in all customary grades. All you have to do is specify your requirements and we will develop solutions for you, just as we did with our patented spreader roller. Our spreader roller is increasingly popular in applications such as film and paper production, coating, laminating, printing, refining and in the production of textiles. The spreader roller is driven by material tension, wrap angle and web speed. There is no need for a separate drive mechanism. Special grooving shapes provide for a spreading action, which is very effective and at the same time gentle to the material. Even at high speeds we achieve optimal flatness. The inherent installation flexibility allows a fitting even in critical areas.
